What size should I get?

All CapMixy caps have adjustable closures and fit head circumferences from 21.5 to 24 inches (54-61 cm), which covers about 95% of adults. Measure around your head about 1 inch above your eyebrows. If you're within that range, you're good. If you're on the edge or outside it, email us and we'll help you find the best option.

How do I wash my cap?

Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, then air dry on a towel or cap form. Avoid the dryer - high heat can damage the brim and fade-resistant coating. If you must machine wash, use a cap cage or mesh bag, cold water, gentle cycle, and skip the dryer. Your cap will last longer with hand washing.

Can I return or exchange?

Yes. We offer 30-day returns for any reason, as long as the cap is in original, unworn condition. Email us at info@playmixy.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return label and instructions. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the item.

My cap has a defect. What do I do?

Defect & Quality Guarantee

Every CapMixy cap is inspected before shipping, but mistakes happen. This covers defects within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges
